Consigning a property
The Miamian Auctions consignment agreement outlines all of the conditions of sale and relevant information regarding selling your property; a copy of the Miamian Auctions consignment agreement can be obtained by contacting one of the Miammian Auctions experts via e-mail at email@example.com.
For every lot, Miamian Auctions will apply a vendor’s commission and, unless otherwise agreed, charge the consignor any other sale-related costs, such as: catalogue illustration(s), storage on our premises, and transport of the property. After the auction, Miamian Auctions will inform the seller regarding the status of the lot(s) offered for sale. Provided Miamian Auctions has received the payment in full from the buyer thirty calendar days after the sale, Miamian Auctions will pay the seller the net proceeds (the hammer price less any sales related costs and vendor’s commission).
